I wish I could give them no stars. Every single time I go there, my order is NEVER correct. Tonight I ordered online and when I got there (on time) they weren't going to be ready for another 20minutes, that's not the first time this has happened. I always get gross dry (hardly any sauce and the meat is terrible) and cold boneless wings! The staff are lazy and have little customer service skills. That's the last time I order there. It's just too bad I gave them so many chances to get it right. The drive to the Natomas Wingstop is worth it.

My mother took me to lunch here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. The food is amazing! I especially liked the BBQ wings with ranch and carrot and celery sticks. Yummy! I will definitely be going back!

This was the slowest service, I've received in awhile. the place was crowded/not enough waitstaff on duty. There was ONE person waiting on three people at once. I was one of them. And one patron had a LARGE order, so the ran out of wings. could even enjoy the 'OVER PRICED" food. Will not be returning!!

$11 for chicken nuggets soaked in sauce?! It was my first time here and I love chicken wings. I ordered the boneless ones by mistake and basically got 10 globs of batter and chicken soaked in so much sauce I couldn't even eat them. I don't they were even made from wing meat. At least at McDonald's I can dip it the sauce and it won't cost me $11. Never again.

Pretty tasty! We had boneless and traditional wings with a large seasoned fry. They came out fast and were hot and fresh. My only downside was the carrot and celery sticks were extra and the wings were on the pricy side. Overall good

I love wing stop and hot wings in general. I think this place is better then buffalo wild wings. Hella flavors and nice staff love coming here.

ok the bonless wings are yummy no matter what flavor you get especially if mr. frost is working the kitchen. Customer service on the other hand SUCKS!!! the girls at the front counter are just DUMB! so ive been every week almost for months and it doenst seem to matter if i call in order in person or online they 9 out of 10 time get my order wrong! dont confuse them with things like 10 for here and 40 to_go because they cant add. the soda machine rocks for sure.

Btw, if you haven't had wingstop yet, it's nasty! Get some black people opening up a wing-shop and I will be down there so much I'll practically be involved in all the worker's social lives. As for wingstop, blech! Last time I buy chicken wings from some guy named "Ethan"

Love, love, love the garlic parm and lemon pepper bone in wings. My husband loves the mango habanero boneless wings. Fries always on point! The coca cola machine makes it even more worth while, especially if ur enjoying a nice game on the tv, u can go back and forth for more--the soda combos are endless! ;) Polite, upbeat employees with nice size TVs to enjoy while dining. I'll mos def be back to this one, and only this one! Its the only one with a custom combo Coca Cola machine!

Plain and simple, you can get some pretty decent wings at a fair price. I've eaten at other Wing Stop locations in the past and they have been pretty consistent from location to location. The staff here is pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're friendly, but they're far from rude. Service with a smile would be fitting. The wings aren't bad. Pretty good amount of meat on them and well cooked. The meat is still juicy and not too greasy. The sauces are just average. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. If you're in the area and need a wing fix, this is a safe bet.

They ran out of boneless. Nice staff. They have an awesome drink machine that serves up different flavors by touch screen. Fun! I definitely want to go back and try some other varieties of wings and soda. The atomic (I think was the name, the hottest ones) were good, very spicy.

  • Chris R.

Food is usually great but because of consistency I dropped a star. Order is wrong 1 out of 5 or not as good as it can be but when they get it right it's like heaven! I'm addicted to their fries and atomic wings.

This is one of two Wingstop locations that I frequent. The other is in Fairfield. WEST SACRAMENTO WINGSTOP, is one of my favorite places to eat. Wings are my favorite food and this particular location always gives consistent quality and portion sizes. Also the staff if friendly and they always greet me with a smile. I will come back again and again, just as I have been for the past year. I highly recommend "this" Wingstop.

  • Mike B.

The food was good, definitely equivalent to any other wing stop. Everything came out hot and fresh! However, The customer service left much to be desired. The girl taking our order had a bit of an attitude and the guy who handed us our food got all pissed of at me when I asked they had any malt vinegar. Although he did say good bye to us very nicely when we left. Overall a mediocre experience.

  • Dan T.

Good food, good ambiance. Great place for wings. The only thing that is keeping it from 5 stars is the fact that it has to share bathrooms with the burger king next door. The moment you leave Wingstop and enter the hallway to the bathroom, it stinks.

  • Jazmine D.

So, once again I find myself at wing stop! I actually just found out that I can sub fries for potato salad with a meal and the potato salad is pretty good. The staff here is always super friendly and chill. Everyone here is watching the game that's on so that's cool too. The food is always so filling. Like 5 wings will fill you up pretty fast too! Yay, wing stop!

  • Shaina C.

THE WORSE SERVICE DO NOT EAT HERE First of all the place is EMPTY to begin with and the manager or whoever answers the phone has nerve to be RUDE. I asked him to separate the other and he said "YOU SHOULDVE SAID THAT OVER THE PHONE Now I have to blah blah" like excuse me what else could you possibly be doing in this vacant place ? I ended up paying for dinner because he wanted to be a jerk and make it a big deal instead of just separating the ticket. When a customer asks for something you don't yell at them u just do it!! 5 STARS DOWN

I am such a sucker for this chain. I've been on the look out for a Sacramento location since my favorite Wingstop was in the Bay Area. I was very pleased with this one. Greeted upon entry by the friendly cashier, I tried not to do a fist pump as I spotted the awesome Bajillion Flavor Coke Machine. Always a plus in my book. I was satisfied as always with the boneless wings. Guilty pleasure, I admit it. I'm one of those weirdos who dislikes the texture of bone and gristle in my food. This place is always placed above the Mighty B Dubs in my book, because the food, quite frankly tastes better and is cheaper. The fries are sprinkled with crack seasoning, and the hottest available sauce tastes amazing, unlike the Buffalo Wild Wings equivalent. Plus, you always get more food at this chain, and you're paying less. BWW is great for special occasions and variety, but I like Wingstop as a chain much better. This location needs to keep their counters, tables, and soda machine clean. Plus I found the dining area quite cramped. Other than that, good location and now I know where to come for my wing fix. Tip: If you want your wings "wet," you usually have to specify this. I like mine Original Hot and swimming with sauce, but they don't do it unless you ask.

I order the teriyaki chicken. They over did it with the sauce! Eeeww! I like the lemon chicken though? I had that last time!

Two visits to Wing Stop now and my low opinion has been confirmed. The food is unappealing, the menu confusing, and the whole experience pales in comparison to dozens of other local chicken wing options like their most obvious competitor, Buffalo Wild Wings. Why no love? Mainly the product. The cajun wings tasted like fake butter and salt, the fries included sugar and had a sickly sweet taste and the cheese fries means they simply add nacho cheese from a machine. It's a la carte for the most part, meaning you'll spend a lot of time asking questions and deciphering the many options while a line builds behind you. I had to pay an additional 2 dollars for ranch and blue cheese (free almost everywhere else, including Buffalo Wild Wings). Throw in the fact that we were literally the only ones there and it took over fifteen minutes to get our basic order and I'm pretty much set on driving a little further to BWW for my wing cravings in the future. If you do come here, make it Monday or Tuesday when they have their .50 cent boneless wing nights.

I asked for their regular seasoned fries with parmesan right? They gave me dry fries with Parmesan twice and the male manager got mad at me because his cashier can't take an order correct, he said I should have asked for sauced fries and have me some with garlic on them.. I never asked for garlic. It's very simple to make regular fries and sprinkle some Parmesan on them I mean it's in a shaker.. Don't make your job harder than it has to be, this is the last time I'll eat here. I'll just go to the natomas location seeing as they don't have such a rude manager that has no respect for his customers.

Wingstop, my love for wings. You sure as hell did not fail me here. I placed a phone order while I was shopping at Walmart (yeah I was there again LOL) and the young guy who took my order was very nice and polite. He told me my order would be ready in 15minutes. Maybe after 10minutes at Walmart I went into Wingstop, mentioned how I was present and paid, then received my order, that quick! Pinch me! Because when I would go to other locations, they would make my order as I step foot into the restaurant. So much for 'skip the line' But anyways, it helps to order online or by phone, because when you're in a hurry, your trip can be swift, in and out with your bag of goods. Ahhhhh I'll def be back after night classes!

I dont know what the deal is with the management here is. I ordered 5 different kinds of wings (50 piece) for me and my friends. Upon picking up the order I ask if the ranch is in the bag and the employee said no. I ask for some, thinking any reasonable fast food restaraunt would spare some ranch after spending $32 on food. The employee yells to the supervisor "he wants ranch!!". Supervisor yells back "give him two!" and yells to me "normally therye extra" ... WELL SORRY FOR WANTING A DIP SAUCE FOR 50 WINGS! I get the food back to the bros. What in the hell???? 3 boxes, 50 wings. They divided orders with a thin wax paper and there was suaces flowing back and forth. One type of wings was sitting in a half inch deep puddle of butter and was soggy. Even worse, NOTHING WAS LABELED. Ok which is habanero? Which is the new flavor ??? One of the wings had been doused in about a half bottle of sauce. It was soggy and not edible. All this was forwarded to corporate wingstop offices. So far ive been ignored other than automated email responses. Not sure why people spend money here.

The cashier who i ordered from took my order and messed it up which made me upset since i had to wait another 19 mins for them to fix it but the steve helped and apologized and gave me 5 extra wings for free. Great customer service! It wasnt his fault but he sure made me leave happy even waiting extra longer :)

Great Restaurant. Friend of mine introduced me to wing stop and loved it.....Took the wife for a second visit and again everything was great. Great fresh wings and the sides are good. Love the coke machine.... Ok one complaint the AC was not that great so could of been cranked up a bit

There motto " you will always be greeted with a smile" Ummmm no.... I came in the cashier ignored me for 10 min when I paid she said food isn't going to be ready for 20 min. When we got the food I asked for extra sauce she stomped off grabbed it and said extra sauce is 85 cents I said ok let me get the change when I left I heard her yell "ITS FINE" I didn't like my experience at all...

I dislike writing bad reviews; however, I was unable to eat and enjoy my food because all that I could taste was salt. We ordered a family meal and spent about $40.00. My husband who loves wings and is not a very picky eater even said that his were nasty. I ordered the boneless garlic paremesan, and he ordered the bone in Cajun, and some other flavor. The spices were overpowering, and the chicken was dry. We were so hungry that we ate some of them anyways, but they were difficult to eat. The only thing that we were able to eat were the fries and vegetables sticks. They did have one of those new coke machines, which is kinda cool, but other than that it was a waste of money and I definitely will not be returning. I am very disappointed, and unsatisfied. I was excpecting that wings from a wing place would be great, but they weren't even good.

Only if I could rate '0' stars for sure, I had to just cancel order & ask for a refund after looking at the quality of food & the Manager being so rude....this guy with a broom & dustpan claiming to be a manager, if he was a manager indeed, than the worst one I have ever seen, does not know how to deal with customer complaints & has tons of attitude. Only reason I had to cancel my order & ask for refund was because this so called manager was really rude & not being polite & was insulting me & my family infront of other customers.

I love this place!!!! Bone-in are the way to go. Oh yeah the yeast rolls are out of this world!! We always get the Garlic-Parmesan wings.... I'm drooling thinking of them right now. This is the only place I get wings in Sacramento and they always have great deals! Orders for take-out are usually ready within 10 minutes of calling in. Ill keep going back!

Yummmm....wings... I haven't had Wing Stop for awhile. I like their wings. Usually, I get the boneless wings because its not as messy and I feel like there's more meat. I got the BBQ and lemon pepper. They're both really good. I also like their Cajun flavor as well. I just don't order it as much before it gets too spicy for me. Also, I get their fries which are pretty good. They're on the sweeter side compared to normal fries. Awhile ago, they got this soda machine that's pretty cool. It serves many different types of soda

If you make sure you either call in or order online, how can you complain about Wingstop? They make wings the way I've learned growing up...straight chicken wings NO BATTER!! Sauced or seasoned to taste. Mondays & Tuesdays - $0.50 cent add-on boneless wings??? Hell yea!! I go to the gym 4 days a week to allot that one day for Wingstop. My favorite is to mix the Hot Original wing sauce with the Garlic Parmesan. Only gripe is add-on sauce price and lack of extras.

Have to give props to this location. I'm on the road for work was craving wings,so I placed my order online and 10 min later I went in was greeted by multiple staff members as I came in said they would be right with me. They were fast and friendly I was in and out of there in less than 5 min. Wings are perfect everything tastes great I was extremely satisfied their customer service is the best I've seen at a wingstop.

I would love to give the wast Sacramento location 5 stars but the shift lead rolled her eyes at me because I gave her a hundred dollar bill when I was finished eating my food I went to use the restroom and the restroom was filthy so I so I then asked for the manager I was informed that the manager was not there so I was directed to the shift lead which is the same girl that rolled her eyes at me I asked her for her name she was very rude and did not want to give me her name after I asked 2 or 3 times she finally gave me her name it was Mary I've I've been let her know that the bathrooms are very dirty and told her that I will be calling Wingstop corporate to let them know that she has no people skills and is very rude she then put up her hand to me as in as in if saying whatever

Girl who rang us up, Alejandra or Alyjandra, does not belong in customer service. Guy who called our names for our food was very enthusiastic and a relief from dealing with the ordering service. When I say I'll need another minute, understand what a minute means and if there's noone behind me, stop staring at me like I should already know what I want right when I walk in! Flavors I wouldn't recommend: Cajun - too loaded with seasoning on top of the sauce. Sodium-land! Hawaiian - strong ginger taste. When I think Hawaiian, I think pineapples? Whomp. Flavors I liked and tried at other Wingstops: Lemon Pepper Original Hot They do have that new fancy Coke machine, but that's not enough to win me over. Wings were overcooked and small, and not all staff were pleasant.

It was my first time going to Wingstop and I will never go to THAT one again. I called in an order for my coworker and myself - 20 boneless parmesan and garlic. The guy who answered said, "20 boneless wings" I said yes. Garlic and Parmesan. He asked if we wanted drinks or fries. I said, doesnt it come with a free drink or fries and at first he said no. I said, I thought you get a free drink when you order 20 boneless chicken wings? And then he said yes. He told us 15 minutes. We went to the place and the only man there was the manager, who mustve take our order. HE GOT OUR ORDER WRONG. He was like, "its boneless? You said bones! I even confirmed with you on the phone" VERY ACCUSATORY and RUDE. And he talks with an accent so bones sounds like bonesl! SO no wonder we were confused talking! Anyway, he was RUDE to his employees and rude to us and I will NEVER EVER eat there while that foolish man works there. wingstop: hire someone who isnt a jerk. Thanks.

My first time at Wingstop! I've always wanted to try wings from here, and I finally got the chance today. I order a 50-piece family wings deal for $38.99. It includes large fries, a large side, 4 mix-n-match flavors, 4 dips, and veggie strips. It took 15 minutes :) The workers were super friendly and helpful with my first purchase. This locations is near Walmart super center, ikea, in-n-out, burger kings, and many other fast food eateries. I can totally spend a day here! It was pretty good, but we had to bring it home, so the fries got soft and the wings got cold. But I'm not sure it's good enough to keep me wanting more. Maybe I need to try it again :)

I went to Wingstop a month ago and the customer service was horrible. I had a coupon for $5 off my meal and it was in my hand when I went to the register. I told the cashier that I had a coupon. I then ordered my meal and left the coupon on the counter. When I got my receipt and sat down at my table, I then noticed that the cashier had not taken off my $5 coupon. I went back to the cashier and asked her about it. She said she did not remember me telling her about the coupon. I told her that I did and even left the coupon on the counter (where she then found it). I thought that she would then discount me the amount but she refused to, saying that it needed to be brought up at the time of purchase. I told her that I did and the coupon was still on the counter where I had left it for her. The cashier was rude and then left. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was on his lunch. When I finished my food the manager still was not back. I called the restaurant when I got home and the manager was there. I told him about my story about the coupon and the rude service I received. He asked if I wanted a coupon for my next purchase but I said no. It was not about me getting free food or a future discount. I wanted him to know about the service and that the cashier should have admitted her error and given great customer service. The food is good but the customer service was not.

Food is great, service sucks! I've been to this location on two separate occasions and both times, staff barely notices you to even greet you. I usually don't care for bbq sauce, but their sauce is delicous. The terriyaki I don't like so much. Great meal deals, but I'd go somewhere else.

Average, at best. +1 for cleanliness +1 for location hellloooo new Wingstop. I'm sure many of us more than appreciate this location. It's closer to Davis than the one in West Sacramento, or the one on 65th St, ready to satisfy the hungry cravings for fried chicken. Who doesn't love wings? From my past experiences, the flavorful choices provided by the chain have always delicious. However, I was not overly impressed upon my visit to this particular spot. Perhaps it was from ordering boneless wings. (It was my first time having them since it was from the Monday/Tuesday $0.50 per boneless wing deal.). The time? (We got there around 10:30 PM and we were the only ones there). Or maybe I can attribute my experience to the fact that the workers didn't seem too happy that day? (the girl was stressing out because her coworkers weren't cooperating. she just looked mad and was a bit snappy). Whatever the reason -- my goodness-- my boneless wings just tasted like sodium. Not even a light taste, it was just plain sodium: salty to the max. The spices didn't help, either. if anything, they increased the flavor of the salt. I chugged more than three cups of water during my meal. I ordered the usual lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, my winning combination and I left utterly disappointed, dying for more water. I'm willing to give it another try. But please, stay away from the boneless wings. They're definitely not worth it.

I suppose there's a reason why we keep coming back.. I'm kind of glad that this Wingstop is in West Sacramento. Otherwise my friends and I would be here ALL THE TIME. Always get original hot, Louisiana rub, and garlic parmesan with ranch and half/half carrots and celery. Bone-in. Best combo. I've never actually eaten boneless, so I can't vouch for those - but the bone-in ones are amazing. If you've never been to a Wingstop before, their fries are a bit different. They are salty, but they also add some sugar, so they are a bit sweeter than normal. I like them, but a lot of people don't. As for their ranch, I'm not really sure what they put in it. Crack? MSG? Who knows. But it's freakin delicious. Fries dipped in their ranch sauce are amazing. Their soda machine is also really cool. The only downside is that their dining area isn't the biggest, so if there are about 8 other groups in the restaurant, there are no more tables.

Nothing too spectacular compared to any other Wingstop location. Ordered online, came in and didn't wait long to get our food, sat down to watch the World Cup. Food was as expected.

  • Nathan T.

We had the boneless wings. I know not the real thing if you are a wing purist! Hot and BBQ. Both were good but not amazing. I prefer Buffalo Wild Wings as they have more flavors and the hot is actually hot. Wing stop's hot was pretty bland. The BBQ was just okay as well. Very small flavor selection which means that all the flavors should be amazing. Service was good. They had the 100 selection coke machine with the touch screen. That was fun but I felt that the flavors were not the same as the dedicated machines. I would go again if I was in the area and try some of the other flavors.

50-cent boneless wings Tuesday! So, I ordered 10 garlic parmesan boneless wings, as well as two of their new gliders in bbq and mild. Wait didn't seem that long to me, but the kid/cook handed me my order and said "sorry for the wait"...huh? I was like "no big deal, dude!" When I got home, I had about 14 boneless wings, plus one extra glider. Yay! Guess he thought stuff took too long and compensated by giving me a little extra stuff. Gotta love that! Nice customer service, and I will most def be back!

I got really excited when I found out the opened a Wing Stop closer to Davis, and it's near Ikea! Woo hoo~ We got super friendly service here and out food came out quickly. However, the wings weren't as good as I remember. I remember them being crunchier. The fries were good as usually. Yum! Oh and 1 weird thing, their bathroom connects to Burger King which is next door. So if you're not digging the wings you can walk over to BK and get a Big Whopper. Hahaha.

Recommendations: LEMON PEPPER BONE-IN wings! I always crave their lemon pepper wings - crispy, with a bright lemon acidity at first bite, spice mixtures providing a salty medium, and a sweet pepper kick at the end. Too bad I can only ever eat 4 wings at a time, because they're surprisingly filling. The only time I tried lemon pepper boneless wings, I was disappointed because the wings were very dry and didn't have that same flavor as bone-in wings. Food: Their sweet potato fries are a hit or miss: sometimes sweet and savory, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but sometimes entirely soggy, overly salted on some fries and downright unpleasant. Drenched in their special Ranch sauce (quite unlike any of the brands of Ranch you can get at Walmart across the street), the fries that aren't cooked well can still be palatable and the fries that are cooked well are sooo delicious. Service: Extremely variable - there are certain times the employees are rude and abrupt, especially one of the ladies who is never smiling and glares at you while taking your order. Intimidating, but bearable for the food. -1 for the dry boneless wings/variable sweet potato fries -1 for variable service.

Im the 3rd APHiO yelper writing a review for this particular location (in a row). It is very clean!! Tables are limited and quite small! People were friendly and nice! Got the 50 piece, one large side, large seasoned fries, 2 veggie stick combo deal for a total of 42 bucks. You have a choice of 4 flavors to choose from! Get the Lemon Pepper!!! It was my favorite one!!! Garlic Parmesan and the Cajun were pretty good. The teriyaki was a no go for me! It definitely didnt taste like your normal, usual teriyaki. Maybe it was a ginger teriyaki sauce because the ginger was a bit overpowering. Like Amy Q. mentioned below..the fries were "natural" and no crunchiness to it at all. Although, it was well-seasoned. carrots are carrots, celery is celery. Didnt have the cole slaw though! Enjoy! :)

Ordered a 10 piece combo of lemon pepper and mango habanero. Took a decent amount of time considering that they are bone in to begin with. The combo is a good deal at $10 and I very much enjoyed the food. They aren't so busy so wait times are short for your food both ordering and getting it.

Sometimes when I come here, I'm super hungry, but other times, I'm really not. It's so weird! I wouldn't recommend coming here at lunch, because I don't feel like you're hungry enough at lunch to eat that many chicken wings! Definitely a dinner place. This one time at Wing Stop, there wasn't enough seasoning. The fries are still awesome, but I think it depends on who is making the wings! Open one in Davis, please :)

I am no longer a Wing Stop virgin!!! I came here with a couple of friends today and the wings were de to the -licious! My friend and I split the $15 deal and added an additional 5 wings for a total of ~$20. This is a perfect amount to share between two people for a good price. The food took a pretty long time to cook, but it was worth the wait. Upon arrival, the wings looked pretty small and pathetic, but no worries, they're packed full of flavor! And get the lemon pepper flavor!!! Soooo gooood. Parmesan garlic was okay, but then again I'm not a huge fan of parmesan. And be careful.... the fries are quite addicting... I will be back!

It's the closest Wingstop to davis! I called to order the 50pc. family pack before heading over to the restaurant because I knew it would take forever to cook. The person on the phone was busy taking someone else's order so I was put on hold for a couple of minutes, which was no problemo- I was just sitting in the car anyway. I only had to wait 5 minutes after getting to Wingstop for the food to come out. The wings were dripping oil and the fries were too soggy though :( I'm sure the quality varies day-to-day, and I just happened to come in on an off day. Again, its the closest Wingstop to Davis and I will come back because I need to get my hands on some lemon-pepper wings every so often!

Disappointted... I freaking love wings! Somehow though this place managed to mess them up. First the bone in wings were overcooked and the boneless wings were drowned in sauce. Seriously how do you mess up wings?!? There was an upside to my visit but it wasn't enough to earn any future business, it was the service. Great service! @SacramentoMarko

FINALLY a Wingstop opened up within 15 minutes of UC Davis! I had driven by this plaza while shopping at Ikea or Walmart a few times and it opened up within my last month in Davis! I was moving out and had to get a few things from Walmart & I was starving so my friend & I drove by and ordered some yummy wings! I've loved the wings at every other location I've been to, so we ordered the 15 wing combo with the additional 5 wings for 2.99. I didn't know about the additional 5 until recently and it seems totally worth it. They also had buns on the menu which I had never seen before, they were yummy and covered in butter, deliciousss. The fries were enormous, as usual, and I didn't end up finishing all my food that night. With this location so close to Davis, I'm expecting to see a lot more students eating it, especially since it's open til midnight! (gotta check on that though!) ps. LOVE the lemon pepper :]

This is only getting two stars because the food I ordered is really good but the service was horrid!! I called in an order on my way to work and the guy I talked to was as rude as can be. I couldn't even finish a sentence and he was a huge smart ass. When I got there the man at the register was very short with me and when I went to go fill up my drink there was a girl who worked there who looked irritated that she had to wait for me and was standing WAY too close for my liking. Awkward. Usually I have a good experience at this particular location but this trip was just ridiculous. I work in customer service that crap was just stupid.

In the span of two (2) years, this is the 5th Wingstop I've ever been to. I first tried Wingstop in Long Beach, California.. when Wingstop was only a big thing in SoCal. And honestly, I shouldn't even have to review this since it's going to lead into writing the same exact points. My boyfriend and I decided to go shopping but like anyone that goes shopping, they get hungry. My sister told me that a Wingstop opened and this was the one she was talking about. I didn't want to go to my parent's other house to eat so we decided to eat here. Their wings are not spicy enough for me, but any Wingstop's spicy hot wings aren't spicy enough, oh well Out of all the Wingstop joints, I'd have to say this one is pretty small just like the one in San Carlos. But, it's not as busy as any of the Wingstops I've gone to just because it's in a suburban shopping area of West Sac. This Wingstop just opened a couple months after I moved back home but I like that they know their stuff unlike the staff at Daly City who are still training which they should've done months before opening! Daly City Wingstop fails.

Saw this was recently opened! So now I can stop here on the drive to Tahoe! Yumyumyum. Love their regular Buffalo (ish) wings (obviously not like the original but that's ok.) The fries are good too. I might try the boneless next time though. I will say I stick to the Buffalo/spicy flavor. That's the point of wings - not all the funky flavors they invent. Food was good. It's a chain so I imagine they don't veer from recipes/sauces. Place was clean. Service was fast. No complaints. I will stop here again on drives to Tahoe!

The wait is always ridiculously long. My husband and I have visited this Wingstop a few times. Compared with other Wingstops, the chicken fingers are significantly smaller and the fries are always borderline burned. However, this is the closest Wingstop so we have sucked it up. The last time we were at this Wingstop, we witnessed one of the cooks mix sauces, shake salt into the fries, etc. with no gloves or hairnet. She then went on to wipe her hands on her blue jeans (not in uniform) and continue preparing food. My husband and I immediately made an about-face. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this WingStop. I like my wings without Staph, E.Coli, Salmonella, and hair. I should call and report this to the health dept. This Wingstop could definitely use a surprise visit.

We arrived at our hotel about 9 and discovered that just about everything nearby was closing or already closed. So..... we drove around and discovered Wingstop, which was open until 9. We ordered the special of boneless wings -- and since it was late and we don't like spicy that much, we ordered it with lemon pepper sauce. We discovered first that they were way understaffed. It took a long time to get the order -- and there were two tables occupied and every other table had table detritus all over them. So, we cleaned someone else's mess ourselves -- and waited. What we finally got was inedible. The good news -- the lemon pepper sauce was not spicy. The bad news -- it was so salty that eating one wing was probably the equivalent of a day's RDA of sodium. I tempted fate and had 4 of them and tried to control the urge to upchuck them. Salty is one thing, swimming in the Dead Sea of wings is quite another. Truly, truly gross.

This Wingstop was probably the most cleanest location I've been to in the Sacramento region. I know theres one on 65th, but the parking SUCKS there (like 2-3 spots in a high-traffic street area). There was plenty of parking spots here. Pros +Wings were made-to-order; results came out still crisp skin with the tons of different flavors, all my wings were consumed..even the sauce at the bottom of the basket.. +Fries were "too natural" for my liking and it seemed to be underseasoned, its not your typical salty fries though. It has some sweetness to it. +Drinks came in styrofoam cups! Awesome, because it kept the drink super cold as I ate hot wings. It was a good refreshment! +Opened until midnight, even though a group of 12 of us came in and they let us sit there until 12:30am. Really friendly staff! Cons +The darkness, I wish there was more lighting while I ate and the tables seemed on the small side for big groups. No elbow room whatsoever BUT their family meal deals are worth the $$$$! If its your first time, I agree with Christine on the Lemon Pepper! You don't even need the extra sauce to dip. Its fried wings in this buttery-tangy lemon with a kick of pepper taste. To indulge...get the fries with the nacho cheese dipping sauce or their ranch! Its not one of those chemically tasting ranch, its served ultra chill so its a thick, creamy ranch.

I have been here so many times, the girl at the counter knows my order before I even open my mouth. Is that bad? I've tried the origina, buffalo, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan flavors. I highly suggest getting lemon pepper, bone-in of course. And their fries are like crack to me. Of course sugar is good on deep fried potatoes! Why wouldn't it be? It's awful because this Wing Stop is about 2 minutes away from my place of work. If I get a WS craving, there's just no stopping it and I hop across the street to order my lemon pepper wings, sometimes with an order of rolls. That $0.12 or so always gets me. I've yet to try the bourbon baked beans but I can't imagine them tasting anything but yummers. If you haven't been here yet, I'm sorry. You're missing out.

Good as expected. Lemon pepper well done. Added 6 wings, didn't like the fact couldn't mix and match the 6.

Most wingstops are usually the same. If you've been to one, the others are about the same. For those who have never been, here's a rundown on their menu selection: Their bone-in wings are flavorful and juicy. The Lemon Pepper wings are my favorite, followed by Hot. Flavors like BBQ tend to have a little too much sauce to be enjoyable, so we end up wiping off excess. Depending on how busy they are, they may not drain the wings enough and you may receive a tray of oil with an order of wings on top. Otherwise, simply amazing wings. Their boneless wings are good as well. Made of white meat, these are pretty good as well, but not as good as their bone-ins. Mondays and Tuesdays are now two of the best days of the week due to their 50 cent boneless wing days. Their sweet bread rolls are freshly baked and melt in your mouth. Definitely recommend those. I also recommend ordering a side of veggie sticks so you can feel a little better about clogging up your arteries. Wingstop does close late, but try not to arrive right before closing. More times than not, the workers there are in a rush to get out of there and half-ass your order. GET YOUR WINGS ON.

I like going to this wingstop because they're got a bunch of surrounding stores around here to go to after you eat! The wingstop looks newly built since it is in an area where everything was recently established. When you walk in, it's just your typical wingstop, looks the same. The workers were really nice and greeted me when I walked in the door. I ordered garlic parmesan and seasoned fries, the usual to-go and then I wait. My order came in about 15 minutes, typical wait. Then I ate my food in the car since I was too hungry. But while I was waiting, they have this cool new drink machine which every wingstop has upgraded. I really like it because it looks very modern and gives you an assortment of drinks! The tables, floor, and chairs were fairly clean and the utensils/napkins were usually stocked. The noise level was quiet, but I'm sure it gets louder later in the night. I had no problem with dispensing my ketchup, usually I do since sometimes it's empty. When I went around 4pm there wasn't a lot of people, so just keep in mind that if you do want to avoid the crowd, go around that time! Anyway, my chicken wings were really good! A lot of taste, very juicy and not too hot! My fries were kind of limited compared to the other wingstops I've been too, I wish there was more. But other than that, the food was really good!

In the past I have frequented this location to order lunch or dinner for my employee's. Today I placed 2 identical orders online for pick up at 11:45 and pick up at 6:30 so that I would have food ready for multiple meetings. When I came into pick up my first order I asked the lady working the counter if I could pay for both transactions at once. At this point she told me that she thought I had accidently duplicated my orders and she had taken it upon herself to cancel my later order. She stated that this is not a big deal and she would just re-order it for me. She processed my payment for the first order and then she tried to run my card for the second order and it did not go through because apparently I cannot have 2 credit card tranactions at the same store in the same day? At this point another employee (Manager?) named Paul came over to help me. I explained my problem and he proceeded to berate me in front of his employees's and customers as I did not have a second way of processing the payment while simultaneously insulting the girl that initially helped me in front of the entire store. He continued to yell and insult me in the front of the restaurant because apparently I am an "asshole" for wanting to purchase 2 meals in one day (I thought this was a common occurance) on a single card and he repeatedly told me how I was wrong for thinking that the customer is ever right. I was shocked and appalled by the behavior of Paul and consider this among my worst customer service experiences in my life. Paul was truly vile to myself and he continued to act abusively to his staff the entire time I was in the restaurant and I will not return out of principal. I have spent several hundred dollars feeding my staff from this location in the past and I will not return as a result of the treatment I received.

I didn't like the wings I got from this place. I would have rather gone to the one in Natomas. I specifically told them that I wanted my fries unseasoned, no season on the fries and they even call back to confirm. I got there and my fries were season and had to wait another 15 mins for new fries. The wings were not as Favorable as other wings that I have tasted in the past. I got four flavors Lemon pepper, hickory smoked bbq, garlic Parmesan and original hot. The lemon pepper was missing the lemony flavor, garlic Parmesan was missing the garlic, original hot was just original and hickory smoked bbq was just regular bbq to me. The staff was friendly with big smiles. The place was packed with customers waiting for their orders.

Second Best Wing Spot in West Sac (See East Side Chef Hot Wings)... Nice people, always timely when calling in order in advance. Wings do taste a little different from other WingStops (Natomas, Rancho Cordova) however still are good. Lemon Pepper Wings get thumbs up from me. Wings taste not as good as other locations, but friendliness of staff, cleanliness of location, and timeliness of getting orders finished make up for it. Only down side is they have kids working their always seem to be hanging out in from of the building in the parking lot. On a few occassions I had people stopped in the middle of the parking section so traffic can't go through for a few minutes talking to WingStop Employees. Even with these experiences definately a 4 star location.

Off the bat...FOOD AWESOME. Customer service is less to be desired. I had heard of WS for a while. I had even had their food at a party. all good, but when I finally decided to go in and try it for myself, I was less than impressed with my experience with the staff. As I walked in I was overwhelmed with the abundance of choices. Hoping for some assistance from staff, I actually waited for a few minutes before ANYONE approached me. AND then, when the nice young lady did finally come from the back, she seemed perturbed and asked me "Is there something else you need?" "Uh No, I NEED to order" "Oh" "First time here" I said nothing... fine..I managed to make an order which seemed ok for me and my guest. There was no help for someone who was new to their establishment. Although the food was great, I began to noticed how others were greeted at this establishment. I came to the conclusion that NO ONE likes to be greeted. Because NOBODY was. There was never a "hello", "welcome to Wing Stop", "How can I help You"...NOTHING.... At one point I had to wait for a while before anyone acknowledged my presence and then it felt like I was bothering them...all I needed was a paper plate. Maybe this is why so many people get it TO GO. On the BIG PLUS SIDE...the super fancy 100 plus option Coke Machine made me feel like a little kid. So I just may just come back just for the Coke Machine but certainly not for the service. Someone needs some customer service training!!! FOOD GREAT..but don't expect to be treated like a king,

I love chicken wings and Wingstop serves them up good. Clean restaurant. Wings take 15-20 minutes to fry up so call ahead if you're super hungry.

The wings are always great. They're a bit inconsistent on the quality of their fries. Maybe the different cooks have different ideas on how to cook them.

My husband and I tried this place today and neither one of us liked it. We ordered the 10 piece wings - 5 original hot and 5 bbq. We also ordered 5 boneless wings in lemon pepper flavor and the yeast rolls. Everything was a big disappointment. The lady at the counter (who was really nice) tried to get me to buy sides but declined since we are already pretty picky about our food. She insisted that they are really good and gave me a sample of the coleslaw and potato/egg salad. I'm glad I didn't order them. Not gross, but not good. The original hot wings tasted just like the frozen ones I buy from the grocery store. Again, not bad, but from a place that specializes in wings, I expected more. Same goes for the BBQ flavor wings. I didn't really care for the Lemon Pepper flavor, wouldn't order it again....actually I wouldn't order any of them again because I won't be coming back. The yeast rolls weren't anything special either. Overall, not good.

i love wing stop. this review is for the service. It was ok. cook had my order to go when I had asked for dine in. Food is always fresh and good and my order was correct. I felt like the tables were not bus fast enough considering they are always busy and the place is small. Not enough staff? Wings were ready within 20 min. Which was fine.

Have you seen their new Coke machine?? It's like a freakin' video game. There are so many drink choices with all kinds of flavors. There wasn't very many people there on a Monday night so I tried to drink as many flavors as I could and just play with the machine in general. Very futuristic!! The chicken wings are always good. I usually get the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. Minus one star for all the oil though. Wish they would drain it just a little before serving. My napkin became translucent as I tried to wipe off as much oil as I could before devouring my 10 pcs wings.

Close to Davis (just across the causeway) and quick when using the Wingstop App! The people here are pretty nice, and if the wait is long, there are plenty of shops around to kill time. Lemon pepper and Original Spicy bone-in wings do the job.

Great wings! This is a chain I like. Stay away from the boneless wings. You must order "actual" (bone-in) wings to really experience what this place has to offer. If you come here and don't order actual wings, you are doing yourself a disservice, and should probably go to the Burger King next door instead. I don't detest too many things when it comes to food, but buffalo sauce is one of them. Thankfully, I can choose from the 8 or so other flavors/heat options Wing Stop offers. I've tried all of them and my favorites are BBQ, teriyaki, Hawaiian, and garlic parmesan. I also recommend the sweet rolls. Good stuff!
